Where We Ship

For webstore orders, Maddox offers shipping to the lower 48 United States. Please contact us if you have an order that requires shipping outside of this region.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates vary but generally around 10% of the total order purchase price for large pieces of equipment. We use carrier calculated rates for smaller component orders.

Shipping Methods

For larger pieces of equipment, Maddox primarily uses Old Dominion LTL shipping for webstore orders, but may use a different carrier for expedited orders to ensure you get your order on time. Smaller component orders ship via UPS.

Average Handling Time

The handling time for your webstore order may take up to a week, but typically our orders are processed much faster. Please contact us if you require expedited delivery.

Average Shipping Time

Transformers that are shipping from our stock deliver within 3-5 business days, while other units may take longer to deliver. Maddox has 23 regional fulfillment centers across the United States ensuring delivery is just a few days out.
