Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We still may be interested in buying the unit back. We require proof of purchase in order to process a return or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the unit must be fully operational with no damage sustained, and a replacement order must be placed. You will be charged the difference if the replacement unit is of greater value. Maddox will cover all freight charges to return the old unit, and ship out the new one. To return an item without submitting a replacement order, see below.
To return an item, fill out this form. Items must be unused (not energized and knockouts remaining in place). Freight charges and/or a restocking fee may apply.
All units with visible or functional defects due to Maddox-arranged freight mishandling will fall under our warranty policy, and will be processed as an exchange. Defects due to installation or mishandling outside of Maddox custody are non-refundable per our warranty policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
